We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken individual for the position of Tenant Liaison and Communications. This role is ideal for students or young individuals looking to make a part-time income, possessing excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a determined attitude. Bonus points for candidates with previous sales experience or skills. Own transportation is a must, and self-sufficiency is key for this position.Responsibilities:1. Tenant Onboarding and Communication:
Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords on the RentalGenie platform.
Communicate effectively with tenants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process onto the platform.
2. Viewing Arrangements and Facilitation:
Arrange and facilitate property viewings through the RentalGenie system.
Show units around Johannesburg on behalf of landlords where applicable, providing valuable insights to potential tenants.
3. Document Management:
Ensure tenants submit all required documents for rental applications on the platform.
Facilitate the vetting process by collaborating with the RentalGenie system.
4. Enquiry Handling:
Manage all incoming property-related enquiries.
Serve as the first point of contact between the business and new tenants, providing information and assistance.
5. Sales and Landlord Onboarding:
Encourage and facilitate the onboarding of new landlords onto the RentalGenie platform.
Earn commission for each lease facilitated, with additional incentives for onboarding new landlords.
Requirements:
Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
Outgoing personality and a can-do determined attitude.
Previous sales experience or skills are advantageous.
Own transportation is a must.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Remuneration:
Commission-based remuneration as there are no set hours.
Earn 50% of the commission for each contract facilitated to signature.
Additional R400 for each new landlord onboarded onto the platform who completes a new contract.
