6 years minimum experience of tender administration within a manufacturing industry.
Ability to complete the full tender administration lifecycle process.
Willing to serve their skills long term within the tender administration department.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
Strong and outgoing personality.
Keen on following processes and protocalls and enforcing it thereoff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities: Main Duties
Responsible for management of tender process from receipt to delivery.
Procurement of tender documents, assessment of relevance and analysis of requirements; ensuring that format of the tender is adhered to in the event that the tender dictates it.
Collate tender documents which includes, all related pre-qualification and questionnaires- Ensure that tenders are of a high standard in terms of quality.
Update tender register and follow-up tenders, maintain traceability of electronic and hard copy material.
Ensure that tender submissions represent the best possible response in terms of completeness, appropriateness.
Provide updates and progress reports on submitted tenders.
Daily email and telephonic communication with clients and sub-contractors.
Copy, filing and scanning of project related documents.
Addendums of tender.
Creating tender envelope for submission.
Scanning and punching tender for final submission.
Following up Salespersons on extension validities.
Filling in validity extension documents when received.
General admin and follow ups.
