As the Territory Sales Executive, you'll report to the National Sales Manager and act as the primary contact for their most valued clients.   • Develop customer-focused plans to drive maximum sales.
  • Present compelling brand opportunities, using in-depth product and market knowledge to resonate with each client.
  • Align client needs with our brand portfolio, crafting custom or exclusive product solutions to meet specific briefs.
  • Negotiate deals that ensure profitability, keeping close attention to margin requirements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams for effective forward-planning of inventory needs.
  • Monitor market conditions and deliver regular, comprehensive feedback to relevant teams.
  • Conduct frequent store visits, supporting product sales and assessing merchandising effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand compliance and uphold high standards for visual merchandising.
  • Directly negotiate pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
  • Develop new client relationships, exploring leads and responding to tenders.
  • Conduct engaging product training sessions for retail staff, both in-store and online.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Skilled in negotiation and contract management, handling client relationships from acquisition to post-sales support.
  • Expert at prospecting, with strong abilities in finding new clients and nurturing business opportunities.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with a knack for building lasting relationships.
  • Commercially and financially savvy, with strong market and product insights.
  • Self-starter with superb organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience dealing with mass-market professional buyers.
  • Track record of successfully securing and managing new business.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle, and flexibility to travel as required.
