Job Description


A well-established, global manufacturer of industrial identification and safety systems is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and strengthen distributor relationships across KwaZulu-Natal. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on growing their market share within key sectors, such as manufacturing, petrochemicals, sugar, aluminium, and packaging.Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • xc3xa2xc2x9c Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B technical field sales
  • xc3xa2xc2x9c Proven track record of closing business and exceeding targets
  • xc3xa2xc2x9c Willingness to travel extensively across the KwaZulu-Natal region (13 nights/week)
  • xc3xa2xc2x9c Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • xc3xa2xc2x9c Valid driver's license
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • xc3xa2xc2x9axc2x99xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Technical aptitude with enthusiasm for industrial products
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x8fxc2x97xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Sales experience across process industries (sugar, aluminium), automotive, packaging, renewables, and maritime sectors
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x93xc2x8a Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2xa4xc2x9d Ability to manage both direct sales and channel/distributor relationships
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2xa7 Business-savvy with a consultative sales approach
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x92xc2xbc Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business, or a technical field preferred
  • xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x8cxc2x8d Fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus
