And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.Wexe2x80x99re here to better our world with biology.Follow recipes and guidelines and SOPs accurately to maintain the quality and consistency of our products.Plan, carry out and report baking experiments in agreement with the industry technology specialists / managers.Ensure that results are reliable, delivered on time, documented clearly in laboratory relevant databases.Ensure development and implementation of new methods and understanding the equipment to solve technical problems together with industry technology specialist / manager.Strive towards improving skills in baking methods by seeking education and experience where necessary.Contribution on a well performing department by sharing responsibility for the groups function and taking part in general maintenance in the baking lab.Ensure compliance with Novonesis policies, quality, safety, ZEAL and QMS procedures.Actively contribute to the implementation of function strategies together with the team.Ensure good co-operation within the functions.Safely and efficiently operate baking equipment.Take part in maintaining a clean and organized work area, always following sanitation and food safety protocols.Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in baking, incorporating them into menu development and production.Maintain a clean and organized lab area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient baking trials and timely completion of the reports.In this role youxe2x80x99ll make an impact mainly by:Conduct trials on different baking applications like bread (volume, soft, crusty and frozen bread categories) flat bread, biscuit, cake, wafer.Basic flour analysesEffective reporting using the digital platforms.Potentially relevant experience:Formal qualification on baking or Bachelor of Science preferably in Food Technology or any related Food Science5+ years' experience in baking or flour milling laboratory.
