As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and start-up of our renewable energy projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commissioning processes in the renewable energy industry.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in commissioning and start-up of renewable energy projectsKnowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processesFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and regulationsStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirementsWillingness to travel to project sites as neededJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Testing and Commissioning of HV and substations: 8 years (Required)
