As a valued member of the team, you will work closely with the directors, playing a crucial, hands-on role in advancing the companys marketing strategies.In this role you will:xe2x9cxa8 Design, implement, and manage the SEO strategy for the companys website, with a strong focus on increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.xf0x9fx9ax80 Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimisation (title tags, meta descriptions, content optimisation), and manage link-buildingxf0x9fx92xa1 Collaborate with the inhouse team to ensure that SEO best practices are implemented in content creation and provide guidance on optimising content for search engines.xf0x9fx94xa7 Conduct regular technical audits of websites to identify crawl issues, site speed problems, mobile responsiveness, and other factors that may affect organic performance.xf0x9fx93x88 Regularly track, report, and analyse SEO performance across websites using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.xf0x9fx94x8d Conduct online research on companies for potential business leads and assist in managing a supplier database.xf0x9fx93x8a Organise and implement CRM campaigns, while inputting and tracking information in CRMxf0x9fx93xb1 Support in other digital marketing, including social media planning and asset development, paid search and paid social.Working Hours xe2x8fxb0: This is a part-time role, with 20 hours per week.
