Relevant certifications in theatre management or surgery (e.g., perioperative nursing) are highly desirable.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or theatre management role, preferably in a hospital or surgical center environment.Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Theatre Operations: Strong understanding of surgical procedures, theatre workflow, infection control standards, and health and safety protocols.Technical Competencies: Familiarity with theatre management software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR).Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.To apply:
