Responsibilities Include:
1. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Issue clock numbers to new employees on their first day.
Add new employees to the clock machine and the Viper system.
Notify the store, Regional Manager, and Trainer of new employee clock numbers.
Download clock data from stores regularly.
Monitor and check employee attendance on a daily basis.
Report absenteeism and late arrivals to the Payroll Manager.
Update store shift rosters as required.
2. Clock System Management:
Report any non-functioning clock machines to the IT department and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and update the clock system database to ensure accuracy and functionality.
3. Human Capital Management & Development:
Ensure personal quality and productivity standards are consistently met.
Plan, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively.
Adapt to and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Administration & Reporting:
Submit required reports and documentation to the Payroll Manager in a timely manner.
Safeguard and manage company-issued assets to ensure proper use and care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 - NQF 4
Experience in retail environment (FMCG)
