Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a TMM Foreman to join their mining company in North-West. As a TMM Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) fleet on the mine site.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor equipment availability to ensure production targets are met.
• Responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and scheduling legal inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Organize or assist in the implementation of the mine's environmental policies and procedures as required by operations.
• Responsible for minimizing downtime and assessing risks (e.g., performing Root Cause Analysis) within the assigned area.
• Execute and approve administrative tasks, including managing relevant systems (e.g., Modern Flow, ESS, X-Time).
• Ensure the availability of spare parts within the area of responsibility.
• Perform standby duties and respond to equipment breakdowns.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant Trade Test Certificate (Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, or Auto Electrician)
• 5 years' experience as a TMM Foreman or similar role in the mining industry.
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM).
• Experience in maintenance and repair of TMM equipment
• Valid Drivers' License
