Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently hiring a Toolmaker for one of its prestigious clients in the manufacturing industry. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.You will work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that tools and equipment are optimized for efficiency and productivity. This includes setting up and operating machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to fabricate parts according to specifications.The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude and extensive experience in toolmaking. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.Requirements

  • Cerified Toolmaker
  • 7+ years experience
  • Pneumatic and Hydraulics knowledge
  • Plastic injection moulding knowledge
  • CNC programming
  • CAD drawing
  • Mould repair & maintenance
  • Manufacturing of New moulds
  • Hot runner systems
  • Proficiency in operating machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with precision
