Our client in the Property Development industry is currently looking for a Topographer, in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and create detailed topographical maps.
• Perform construction layout and staking.
• Calculate quantities for earthworks.
• Prepare survey reports and drawings.
• Maintain surveying equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey data.

Requirements:

• Must be a Congolese national.
• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in topographical surveying.
• Proficient in survey equipment and software.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French; English is an advantage.

Remuneration:

• $500 - $1,000 USD per month dependent qualification and experience.
