The EZGO branch based in Sun City Resort, has permanent opportunities available for an Tour Guide.Suitable candidates will meet the minimum criteria for the role, with emphasis being on having some customer service experience to draw on to enable the commute to the resort.This role is rewarding for those who derive satisfaction from being of service, can cope well under pressure and have the ability and drive to consistently make customers feel special. Position OverviewThe purpose of the position is to support the achievement of the branchs targets through delivery of efficient and professional customer service and doing so in accordance with company quality management procedures.Should your application be short-listed you will be contacted for an interview. Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Keeping the work environment clean and on standard of health and safety requirements.
  • Collecting guests with a golf cart, provide a safe shuttle to the training area, teach guests how to ride a Segway and take them on an informative tour of Sun City and return then back to the pickup point.
  • Occasional Reception duties, answering calls and making bookings on an Excel sheet, answering emails to make bookings on an excel sheet and taking payment on a POS system.
  • Providing all sorts of answers of Sun City Resort and other activity also our golf cart side of the business.
  • Creative team building / incentive group ideas to keep the activity fresh.
  • Assist with basic maintenance on the golf carts and Segways
  • Willing to learn and adapt to all aspects of the business.
  • Be willing to understand no day is the same and be adaptable to sudden changes.
  • To perform any reasonable and lawful instruction
  • Other duties on request.
Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 year front office/ customer service experience.
Minimum Qualification:
  • NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
Minimum Requirements:
  • Code 8 drivers license - must have at least 1 years driving experience.
  • Computer literate.
Essential to Note: The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime/shifts/weekends when required.
