Inbound Tour Company is seeking an experienced Tourplan Rates Administrator. This position is based in Sandton.Experience required:Travel and Tourism certificate or qualification in the same industryMinimum 2 years experience in the travel industry with Tourplan NX experienceExperience with reading and interpreting contracts in Tourplan NXAn understanding of rates, mark-up, and commission structuresGood geographical knowledge of Southern and East African regionsComputer literate with working knowledge of MS Office ApplicationsAccurate and detail-orientatedThe ability to multi-task and time management skills are essentialDuties include:Ensuring that Tourplan content is up to date and accurate at all times, including system administration and maintenance of the following:Accurate interpretation of the contract which includes rates, offers, supplier details, commissions, trading terms and conditions into the systemQuality control of all content loaded in the system In-house customer service and supportEfficiently assisting sales and reservations teams with rates and any Tourplan related queries
