Job Description

:

The Tower Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of telecommunications towers. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Tower Engineer will also be responsible for conducting site surveys, analyzing site requirements, and providing technical expertise to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the tower.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing tower structures that meet industry standards and specifications
- Conducting site surveys to assess tower locations and requirements
- Overseeing the construction and installation of towers, antennas, and other equipment
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure the safety and stability of the tower
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineering license (PE) preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tower engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of tower design, construction, and installation practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD, structural analysis software, and other engineering tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid Vetting
- Valid climbing certificate
