Position: Toy Kingdom Gateway Shop Assistant

Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Type: Permanent/Full time

This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an extroverted personality.

Key deliverables:

Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm

Ensure customer needs are satisfied by receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock

Invoke a sense of play by conducting product demonstrations

Knowledge of sales goals, charming satisfaction expectations, and promotional objectives.

Follow all company policies and procedures including Cash Management, Attendance, and Store Security.

Gift-wrapping customer items

Maintaining the Kingdom's housekeeping standards to ensure an amazing customer experience

Store Manager

Customers

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate

Ability to problem solve

Confidence to deal with customers

1-2 years relevant experience advantageous

Have consistently delivered results above industry norms.
