Position: Part-time Shop Assistant Sandton

Toy Kingdom is seeking fun, outgoing, and driven to chase and achieve sale targets. If you have excellent customer

service skills, are a passionate team player and have a real desire to understand our toy products

and match them to meet our customer needs to make phenomenal sales, then we want you to form

part of our exciting team!

This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an

extroverted personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm

Establish a heartfelt connection with every customer

Ensure customer needs are satisfied by receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock

Invoke a sense of play by conducting product demonstrations

Gift-wrapping customer items

Maintaining the Kingdom's housekeeping standards to ensure an amazing customer experience

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate Retail Experience would be an advantage Excellent communication skills. Strong team player. Have consistently delivered results above industry norms.
