Job Description
We are looking for a Tracker Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking systems. Youll ensure devices are functioning properly and provide technical support to customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure GPS tracking devices.
- Perform system checks and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person.
- Update and repair tracking equipment as needed.
- Maintain records of installations and services.
- Strong knowledge of GPS systems and telematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with tracking systems is a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
