RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Trade and Marketing Manager to join our client's team. As the Trade and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and trade strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and develop marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and trade strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify target audiences and define the most effective marketing approaches
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and trade activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade and marketing
• Provide guidance and support to the marketing team
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trade and Marketing Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of trade and marketing strategies
• Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
