Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Client Referrals: Refer all trade mark, copyright, and anti-counterfeiting matters to NMA IP.
Consultation & Expertise: Assist NMA IP in handling specialized IP matters in the following areas:

Anti-Counterfeiting ( AC Attorneys )
Copyright Law ( Copyright Attorneys )
Foreign Trademark Portfolio Management ( Trademark Attorneys with international experience )
Legal Advisory Services: Provide strategic legal advice to clients on IP protection, enforcement, and registration.
Collaboration: Work closely with NMA IP to ensure seamless client service and case management.

Fee Structure & Revenue Sharing:

Consultants referring their clients to NMA IP: Fee-split arrangement ( to be discussed in detail ).
NMA IP referring clients to the Consultant: Consultants will receive a pre-agreed share of the fees from these referrals.

Requirements:

Anti-Counterfeiting Law
Copyright Law
Foreign Trademark Management
Existing client base with potential IP needs.
Strong legal knowledge in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with NMA IP.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
