This role involves supporting the buying and merchandising teams in ensuring that stock is optimally distributed across stores. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and passionate about fashion, with a keen interest in the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in allocating stock to stores, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Analyse sales data and store performance to make informed decisions about stock replenishment and movement.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores and flag potential issues such as stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with the buying, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless stock distribution.
• Produce regular reports on stock levels, store performance, and sales trends for the senior allocation team.
• Learn and use retail management software to track and allocate stock.
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising and buying teams as needed.

Education Profile

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
• A passion for fashion and an interest in the retail industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
