Training Academy & SDF Manager Manufacturing
Vaal Triangle - Gauteng - South AfricaYou will oversee all skills development and training aspects within the industrial manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on heavy industry.The role requires a strong understanding of South Africas Skills Development and training legislation, performance improvement, and management systems.You must also be well-versed in BBBEE-SD scorecards.With a minimum of 10 years of experience in skills development and training, along with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent (NQF 7-10), you will manage essential processes such as skills development, bursary recruitment, and training compliance.Key responsibilities include budget management, ensuring on-time and accurate reporting, and conducting internal and external audits.You will also lead initiatives to enhance the visibility of the intake pool and engage in external forums like TETA, MERSETA, FET, and HET.The role involves ensuring that training policies and SHERQ-related practices are upheld, and that the development of staff aligns with individual development plans.Strong leadership is required to manage and grow direct reportees and ensure their competence in fulfilling their roles.Apply for this Job
