PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo perform specific administrative tasks in the Training Administration Department to ensure the delivery of training courses to PEP Dynamos (includes Stores, Distribution Centre- DCs and Central Office-CO).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESScheduling of all training coursesTraining calendar managementDelegate nominationsDatabase managementBooking of internal and external training venuesTravel Management, including booking of flights, shuttles and car hireSAP invoice processing and reconciliationAttending to queries from various stakeholdersGeneral administration support (including typing, filing, telephone answering)JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTSGrade 123 years experience in training and development administration will be advantageous5 years experience in arranging conferences, including accommodation and travel arrangementsAdvanced Excel / Google sheets skills is essentialComputer literate (G suite or similar software)Great communication skills, both verbal and writtenAccuracy and attention to detail is essentialCLOSING DATE: Monday, 01 July 2024
