PME/PMI Certificate
5 years experience poultry processing, food safety and quality assurance experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent timekeeping skills.
Be able to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
Annual review of training documentation.
Be appointed as the culture team leader.
Facilitate root cause and corrective actions.
Ensure continuous improvement.
Facilitate food and quality culture meetings.
Communicate on the facility zoning progress.
Facilitate QSR specification training.
Analyse Invocoms and providing feedback, create action list.
Monthly employee reward and recognition scheme.
Analyse the internal and external KPI progress and feedback.
Manage communication via T.V at canteen on all food and quality aspects.
Assisting with compiling E-learning training material (for example videos and power point presentation).
Ensure and maintain the food safety and quality culture requirements.
* Weekly verification of the brine mixing and injection monitoring.
