#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Automotive Manufacturer that seeks the expertise of a Training and Development PractitionerPOSITION INFO:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Manufacturing Training and Development
• Degree or Diploma in Operations Management or Electrical | Mechatronics | Industrial
• Strong working knowledge of developing standard and customised training content and material, including technical and digital content aligned to product and production processes
• Experience with planning learning events, programs and training solutions or frameworks
• Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment
• Stable track record and contactable references

Salary Structure:

• Negotiable Basic Salary, based on experience
