Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
The incumbent will play a strategic role in overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of training initiatives that are aligned with business goals and objectives.
The incumbent must also have good experience in the Human Resources environment.
The incumbent will also develop and maintain interactive learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business and guarantee that those solutions are instructionally sound and are up to the businesss quality standards.
Collaboration:
The incumbent will play a highly collaborative role to build solid cross-functional relationships with Business Unit Managers across the group. To determine training priorities, rollout plans, set goals and timelines, and return on investment analytics. Work closely with BU Managers to identify skill gaps, plan, and implement training initiatives to close gaps.
Analytics: The incumbent must measure program delivery quality to ensure continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjust program delivery approaches accordingly to maintain pace with business growth. Training reports must be analysed and reported to all key stakeholders for strategic decision making and to influence informed decision making.
