Location: DHA Branches in Northern Cape/FreestateResponsibilities:1. Engage daily with DHA branches for any needs or issues.
2. Manage requests for IRE demonstrations, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
3. Arrange and execute IRE training sessions for DHA Staff.
4. Regularly communicate new IRE services and procedures to DHA Staff.
5. Foster strong relationships with DHA Staff and IT department.
6. Train and support other consultants when necessary.
7. Maintain and submit accurate activity reports, training evaluation forms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8. Troubleshoot any IRE issues at DHA branches.
9. Assist with new product rollouts, including installations and training on new versions.
10. Investigate, address, and resolve site reconciliation issues, POS transaction problems, and day-end or shift opening challenges.
11. Record all issues on the Heat tracking system.
12. Ensure all relevant sites receive adequate assistance and that day-end processes are successful.
13. Provide all required supporting documents on time.Qualifications:1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a training and support consultant.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent team collaboration skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and functionalities.
5. Proficient in explaining complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
6. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
7. In-depth knowledge in handling Windows Operating Systems.
8. Exceptional presentation and training skills.
9. Experience with Oracle Databases and writing SQL queries.Salary: R 12 500, plus benefits
