To ensure correct product knowledge and transfer of skills for efficient functioning within various positions while embedding the culture and values.

Facilitation of induction programme
Facilitation of operations training
Facilitation of New Product training and Rollouts arising from quarterly product launches
Development of participant manuals and learning material
Facilitation of monthly competency and incentive assessments
Capturing of training statistics
Development of business training needs analysis and resultant training content and programme

Education:
Matric (Essential)
3 year degree (Advantageous)
Train the Trainer (Essential)

1-2 years short term insurance experience (Advantageous)
