Job Description
Do you have either a Basic Ambulance Attendant or Ambulance Emergency Assistant qualification, together with proven experience in First Aid, Fire and OHS training facilitation and assessment?Our client in Kuilsriver has an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic person willing to travel throughout the Western Cape to facilitate training sessions.Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or similar qualification advantageous
- BAA or AEA Qualification
- Firefighting and OHS Qualification
- Proven experience in First Aid, Fire and OHS Facilitation & Assessment
- Valid SA drivers license
- Clear criminal check
- Computer literate in MS Office including PowerPoint
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured way and adhere to standard course guidelines
- Ability to be creative in the learning environment
- Travel to training destinations throughout the Western Cape
- Facilitate and assess OHS training courses and provide feedback to the Training Manager
- Ensure that the highest standard of training is facilitated
- Lead a group session in a smooth, organized and creative manner
- Manage training equipment and material
- Build sustainable relationships with clients and learners
