xc2xb7To implement the unit operations plan by understanding the plan and activities including all projects and key performance measures, communicating to the relevant stakeholders and monitoring implementation dailyxc2xb7To report on performance by tracking unit performance against targets, identifying progress and areas of concern, drafting reports and submitting quarterly and as requiredTo manage unit performance by tracking performance against targets, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective action monthly and as requiredxc2xb7To comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as requiredxc2xb7To comply with processes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of processes, implementing the correct process and addressing any areas of concern dailyTo propose improvements to processes by identifying an area for improvement, presenting to line manager and providing additional information as relevantxc2xb7To determine training needs for the business by consulting with business, scoping training needs, identifying value-add solutions, developing the programme and submitting for approval for implementation annually and as requiredxc2xb7To coordinate technical training by collaborating with relevant departments, identifying training needs, staying updated with industry best practice, developing training materials where relevant and scheduling and organizing training sessions as requiredxc2xb7To develop technical training proposals by conducting research, gathering insights from subject matter experts, incorporating solid technical knowledge and industry insights, understanding the specific technical needs and objectives and designing training proposals as requiredxc2xb7To educate customers on new products by collaborating with the Research and Design team, understanding product specifications and features, understanding product benefits and usage, developing training materials and delivering training and information sessions as requiredxc2xb7To support the achievement of customer and performance targets by planning and executing the required number of customer visits, testing schedules and other activities, identifying possible challenges, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying effective solutions and taking proactive measures to overcome obstacles as required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Drivers license
  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • ETDP Certificate
  • Assessor
  • Moderator
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
