We currently having an opportunity of a Learning & Development Facilitator in our Eastern Cape Support Office in Gqeberha. The incumbent's main duties will entail but not limited to being responsible for designing, delivering and evaluation training programs across Pick n Pay. To enhance skills, knowledge, and performance of employees (inclusive of management skills, soft skills and technical skills) Key to success is working closely with Business Advisors and Line managers to identify training needs and create effective learning experiences.
