We are seeking an experienced
Training Manager
to lead our training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible fordeveloping, managing, and delivering
training curriculums at our training center. This role requires strong leadership, curriculum development expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements.Requirements:
A degree or diploma in a relevant field of study is an advantage. Qualification as a Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator. PSiRA Registered.
Specification:
Experience in providing training and knowledge of learning principles. Experience in curriculum development and management. Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills. Familiarity with ETDP SETA and QCTO requirements.
Location:
Potchefstroom, North West, South Africa.
