Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relevant training materials.
- Stay updated on company products and industry developments.
- Market and sell training courses.
- Deliver training sessions and assess trainee performance.
- Identify training needs for boiler users.
- Maintain BDTC equipment and ensure facilities are clean and operational.
- Compile trainee assessments and submit reports.
- Follow up on quotations and training-related administrative tasks.
- Grade 12.
- Boiler Attendance Certificate.
- N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous).
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Boiler Operator.
- Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluent in English (additional national language is an advantage).
- Professional and presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
