NDC Personnel is currently recruiting for a Training Officer to join a nationally known FMCG Manufacturing company in their Cape Town office.This role requires matric and a relevant tertiary qualification as well as relevant FMCG/Manufacturing experience. Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator and registration with FoodBev SETA is essential.The successful candidate will take charge of managing skills development for the full ensemble of employees, including manufacturing and factory based personnel.
