We are looking for young and energetic individuals who have recently graduated with a degree in any of the following fields (finance, marketing, education, project management, business administration, and general management). These individuals must demonstrate a keen interest in becoming educators in their respective professions. Successful candidates will be coached, mentored, developed, and certified in line with QCTO best practices.
Job description
The successfull candidate will be exposed to:
Under Supervision:o Plan and co-ordinate activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer i.e. attendance registers, training manuals, feedback reports etc.
o Facilitate the delivery of Cartrack Specific learning material.
o Facilitate learner competency assessments.
o Produce applicable monthly reports.
o Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Stay up-to-date with Karooooo systems, processes, policies, procedures, products etc.
Minimum requirements
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate Degree (finance, marketing, education, project management, business administration, and general management) Strong work ethic Curious and willingness to learn Attention to detail Well Organised Time Management Effective * Team Player
