About the Role
As a
Transaction Coordinator
at Keller Williams George, you will play a critical role in ensuring
smooth, compliant, and efficient real estate transactions
. You will work closely with agents, clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to oversee all contractual and administrative aspects from listing to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
Oversee and track all real estate transactions to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and efficiency.
Contract & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all agreements, addendums, and disclosures meet legal and regulatory standards.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with agents, attorneys, banks, and conveyancers to ensure seamless transaction flow.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and compliant.
Deadline Management:
Monitor and track key transaction deadlines to prevent delays and ensure a smooth closing process.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
real estate, conveyancing, or legal administration
is
mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of
South African real estate regulations, contracts, and compliance requirements
.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent
communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining
high levels of accuracy and professionalism
.
