Transactional Manager - Financial Control and Accounting (FCA)Preference will be given to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.Location: Jet Park, Gauteng.An international leader in the vehicle manufacturing industry requires the services of a Transactional Manager.Position Overview:As the Transactional Manager, one will be responsible for the management of the Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Cash and Cash Equivalent function. The selected candidate will also take an active part in the development of all relevant reporting and accounting processes within Financial Control and Accounting (FCA).Within FCA South EMEA, the Transactional Manager will be part of a global and diverse team of skilled and high-performance professionals who work with energy, passion, and respect towards each other to become the world leader in sustainable transport solutions.Financial Control and Accounting (FCA) is the accounting department within the group, responsible for financial compliance in terms of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as compliance to local legislation.One will report directly to the Director FCA South Africa.Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:Minimum Requirements:

• Process Expert.
• CA(SA) / CIMA completed relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years experience managing the Credit and Collection Function within a multinational high performance manufacturing environment.
• A broad understanding of Account Principles, IFRS 9 and Business Operations.
• Knowledge and experience in a Shared Service Environment.
• Change Management experience.
• Extensive experience in Managing Managers.
