Job Description


You will work with a diverse team of project advisory and development management experts, each with extensive experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure development, project finance, and commercial property ventures.You will be tasked with the following:

  • Offer financial advice to diverse public and private entities on a range of projects, focusing primarily on project finance and corporate finance transactions. This includes advising on commercial structuring, project feasibility, and project bankability.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary transaction advisory team comprising technical, legal, financial, and empowerment advisors for various project finance projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identifying, quantifying, and recommending strategies to mitigate project-specific risks.
  • Prepare reports on transactions, including outcomes of feasibility studies and evaluations.
  • Review and markup legal agreements, participating in negotiations with support from external legal advisors.
- Present investment proposals, feasibility outcomes, and negotiation outcomes to committees, sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders. * Collaborate with the internal financial modeling team to develop and interpret project finance models and analyze various transactions. Prepare related documents and presentations.
  • Assist in securing finance for projects from debt and equity markets, engaging with rating agencies, lenders (including commercial and development finance institutions), and shareholders.
- Lead due diligence efforts for projects, working with external advisors for legal, technical, and empowerment aspects. * Coordinate the transaction advisory team to ensure the successful execution and closing of projects.Education and Job requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, or project finance.
  • Honors degree in Business Science or Commerce, with a focus on financial mathematics, accounting, or statistics, and a keen interest in transitioning toward project and infrastructure finance.
  • Strong financial acumen, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial principles and processes, with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
