We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Controller to join our dynamic team.Position Overview: As a Transport Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient movement of our fleet, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Your expertise in managing side tippers and tautliners will be critical to our success.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of our transport fleet, including side tippers and tautliners.
• Ensure timely and efficient dispatching of vehicles to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor and track vehicle movements, ensuring compliance with route plans and safety regulations.
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transport activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide support and guidance to drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to drivers to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proven experience as a Transport Controller, with a strong background in managing side tippers and tautliners.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with drivers, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in using transport management systems and software.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the transport industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
