Facilitating Meetings:Organize and facilitate meetings such as commuter forums, contract meetings, and penalty meetings.Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication related to the meetings.2. Meeting Records Management:Take accurate records of meetings, including minutes and action items.- Circulate meeting records to relevant stakeholders properly.3. Contract Adherence and Monitoring:Ensure adherence to timetables for the provision of services as per bus subsidy contracts.Monitor and report on operator compliance, and initiate penalties for noncompliance.4. Contract Management:Assist in varying the service providers as necessary to align with subsidy contracts.Certify and verify subsidy claims submitted by the operators.5. Financial Documentation Management:Take full responsibility for the correctness of payment certificates.Verify and certify subsidy claims submitted by the operators.6. Compliance and Recordkeeping:Ensure all waybills or electronic information are checked and retained for future inquiries by the Auditor General.7. Stakeholder Liaison:- Liaise with commuter forums to obtain feedback on services rendered by bus operators.Address concerns and ensure commuter satisfaction with the services provided.8. Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit monthly reports in the format approved by the Greater Department of Regional Transport, including:Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned with payment certificates.signed minutes of meetings attended.Challenges encountered and resolutions implemented.variations applied to routes and any other relevant information for the GDRT.9. Presentation Skills:Present monthly reports to the appropriate stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.10.
