Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Fleet Controller to join their team in Germiston. The successful candidate will have experience in planning of trips and manage spreadsheets.POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Fleet Controller
Geographical area: Germiston, GautengThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day monitoring and vehicle tracking activities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and actioning any vehicle discrepancies, critical events, and/ or route deviations.
• Will be responsible for completing incidents report and handling events.
• Will be responsible for assisting drivers on route and escalating unresolved events to shift supervisor.
• Will deal with clients to answer questions relating to deliveries etc

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• At least two yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience (fleet controlling)
• Strong project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively and professionally at all levels
