Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport operations, including route planning, fleet management, and driver supervision.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring that all vehicles meet legal and operational requirements.
- Monitor and manage transport costs, optimizing routes and resources to reduce expenses.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on transport regulations and ensure company compliance with all legal standards.
- Proven experience in transport management or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and transport regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop cost-saving strategies.
- Proficiency with transport management systems and relevant software.
