- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in transport or fleet management, with a track record of supervising drivers and managing vehicle maintenance.
- Proven track record of business development
- Strong knowledge of vehicle compliance, licensing requirements, and road safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate rates with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
