Job Summary Main Duties and Responsibilities-Transport Invoice Management:
Accurately code inbound and outbound transport invoices. Verify and audit transport invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Sustainability Reporting:
Prepare and manage reporting for transport-related CO2 emissions.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Support:
Assist with general SCM administration tasks.
Support for Regional Transport Manager:
Assist with transportation sourcing activities.
Support SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality) initiatives.
Analyze and break down transportation costs.
Contribute to the development and improvement of transportation processes.
Monitor and report on transportation performance metrics.
Transport Queries Management:
Oversee and maintain the central transport queries mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
Product Returns Coordination:
Coordinate and manage the product returns process.
Proof of Delivery (POD) Management:
Investigate POD queries and provide necessary documents as required.
Shipment Tracking and Support:
Assist colleagues with tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely delivery.Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
