Job Description
Trauma Sales Representative vacancy available in Western Cape. 3+ years experience in Trauma or Orthopaedics, and a proven sales record is required.Organizational skills and experience with ortho surgeons and hospitals are essential. Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room .:Promote trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Meet sales targets, assist existing customers, and build new accounts.Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Organizational skills
- Drivers license and own transportation
- Willing to work on call hours
- Identify target surgeons and plan strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams
- Follow up with customers
- Assist in theatre as needed
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Perform field calls and presentations
- Cross-sell products
- Implement sales plans
- Meet sales targets
- Provide forecasts and market research
- Maintain compliance
- Resolve account issues
- Stay current on industry trends
- Participate in sales meetings
- Negotiable salary
- RA (7.5% of basic salary, company contribution only)
