Job Summary Hire Resolves client is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative, for their office in KwaZulu-Natal. This Trauma Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting products to the target market comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets and increasing sales and identifying new customers.Responsibilities:
- Stay informed on product updates, portfolio offerings, and competitor analysis.
- Cross-sell additional products as they become available.
- Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate forecasts and market research information as needed.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the field segment and regulatory compliance.
- Keep up-to-date with sales skills, products, and industry trends, including customer and competitor insights.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Trauma/Orthopedic segments.
- Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work 'on call' hours, weekends and outside normal hours
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships (with orthopedic surgeons & hospitals).
