Travel Consultant
Job Description
Please take note of working hours as follows:Monday - Friday 08h30 - 17h00
2 Saturdays per month - 09h00 - 15h00 and 1 Sunday per month - 09h00 - 12h00 (overtime is paid for weekend work)Working for this leading travel company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals, creating bespoke travel itineraries to meet customer's travel requirements, provide expert advice on travel destinations, manage customer complaints, and keep up to date with industry trends.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in a sales and target driven roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong sales and customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlinesProficient in the use if reservation systems, such as Amadeus is advantageousPassion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations
