Job Description
Our client, who is a Boutique DMC, offering tailor made travel solutions throughout Southern and Eastern Africa, is looking for Travel Consultants to join their teams in Johannesburg & Cape Town.
- To retain, growth and acquire business by meeting or exceeding customer service expectations.
- To be responsible for organizing all types of bookings, focusing on FIT leisure, series group bookings and Incentive travel.
- Manage all aspects of venue sourcing and assisting with incentives should it be required
- Excellent command and written ability of the English language.
- Diploma or similar qualification and minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Good working knowledge of Southern and East Africa as a tourism destination
- Accuracy and creativity concerning preparing quotations and proposals.
- A dedicated, efficient and service-minded co-worker in a small environment.
- Good working knowledge of Google Apps, Travelogic, Tour Plan, Wetu and Microsoft Office.
- Good customer service skills and ability to work under time pressure.
- Sales orientated, and results driven.
