is South Africa's leading deal platform, connecting consumers with incredible discounts across a variety of categories. We are expanding our travel vertical and are looking for a dynamic individual to drive partnerships with hotels, lodges, and travel experience providers across South Africa.

Role Overview


The Travel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing travel deals that bring value to both customers and Hyperli's hospitality partners. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, skilled in deal-making, and eager to grow into a leadership position within the next 2-3 years.

You will work closely with senior leadership to build and scale Hyperli's travel category, ensuring we offer the best getaways at the most competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partner Acquisition

Identify and onboard hotels, lodges, resorts, and travel experience providers for Hyperli's platform.
? ?Develop strong relationships with general managers, sales directors, and revenue managers at hospitality businesses.
? ?Research and identify high-demand travel experiences that can drive customer interest and revenue growth

Negotiation & Deal Structuring

? ?

Negotiate win-win agreements with partners, ensuring Hyperli's deals offer significant savings to customers while benefiting hospitality providers.
? ?Assist in structuring deals that maximize partner occupancy rates and revenue, including dynamic pricing models where applicable.
? ?Work with the content and marketing teams to package travel offers in an appealing and high-converting way.

3. Partner Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for travel partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing collaboration.
? ?Regularly review deal performance and suggest improvements to increase sales, optimize pricing, and enhance partner satisfaction.
? ?Educate partners on Hyperli's audience and best practices to maximize bookings.

4. Market Research & Strategic Growth

Monitor competitor travel deals and industry pricing trends to ensure Hyperli remains competitive.
? ?Identify growth opportunities, such as expanding into new travel segments (e.g., safaris, luxury stays, all-inclusive getaways).
? ?Provide insights and reports on deal performance, revenue impact, and customer trends to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience

? ?

2-5 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or deal platforms*.
? ?Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or online travel platforms (OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, Travelstart, or similar) is a big plus.
? ?Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure attractive deals and drive partner engagement.
? ?Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
? ?Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing deal performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
? ?Entrepreneurial mindset- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects. ? Passion for travel and understanding of hospitality pricing models and occupancy management is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R17000,00 - R22000,00 per month
