Job Description


Purpose of the JobTo provide comprehensive travel support and advice, ensuring efficient and effective travel arrangements across all divisions within the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Also, to enhance service delivery, streamlining travel logistics, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The person appointed in this role will report to the Senior Manager: Supply Chain.Key Performance Areas

  • Provide expert guidance on travel policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing travel policies to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effective travel.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and insurance.
  • Liaise with travel agencies and partners to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and resolve issues.
  • Streamline travel logistics processes, track travel expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align travel policies and budget allocations.
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Request feedback to improve travel services and communicate updates on travel initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about travel risks and security advisories, providing guidance to mitigate potential risks.
  • Implement contingency plans for emergency situations.

Relevant Certification in the travel industry will be an added advantage. Demonstrated experience in providing travel support and managing travel logistics.Closing Date: 28 March 2025
